We would like to invite you to the second encounter in the series, wherein Amie Thomasson (Darthmouth College) will present "The Epistemological Advantages of Modal Normativism". At this second meeting, the discussion will be moderated by Lorenzo Azzano (Università di Santiago de Compostela).
You may find the link to Amie Thomasson’s seminar on February 22nd (3-4.30 pm GMT+1) here:
Please be sure to connect at about 2.50pm (GMT+1) to ensure that we can start with the seminar at 3 pm.
The seminar will be on Microsoft Teams. The link should function both if you have the program installed, as well as in-browser. However, in-browser participation is only possible with some browsers (for example, Firefox does not support MS Teams meetings). For best results, use Chrome or install the MS Teams app.
If you experience any technical problems at the day of the seminar please email Sara Papić at: sarteod@gmail.com
We aim to provide ample space for discussion after a short presentation by Professor Thomasson. Participants are therefore encouraged to read the material in advance. The presentation will focus on chapter 7 of Thomasson's recent book "Norms and Necessity".
